supports for family carers nationally from our local support centres.

Family Carers Ireland is recruiting an _ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER
(MATERNITY COVER) _for our Corporate Services Team reporting to the
Financial Controller. As a member of the Corporate Services Team, the
_ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER_ will be responsible for managing the
Accounts Receivable (AR) function within Family Carers Ireland in line
with financial policies and procedures. ?This role will also be
responsible for Travel and Subsistence, Banking, Fundraising and
Donations, Revenue and groups? financial management and reporting
and other ad-hoc duties
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS,
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum leaving certificate qualification.
* Minimum of two years? experience working in an Accounts
Receivable environment with a proven track record in Credit Control.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.
* Experience of the Exchequer system is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and confident phone manner is
essential and the ability to work on your own initiative.
* High levels of motivation and initiative.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work within a dynamic environment.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail is essential.
* Positive disposition.
* Flexible attitude in response to organisational change and
development.?
* Has the ability to work well both individually and as part of the
Finance team.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to
maintain relationships and negotiate effectively across all levels
within and outside Family Carers Ireland.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret organisational policies and procedures and to
make decisions based on sound reasoning on a wide variety of issues
reflecting the general diversity of the job description.
* Excellent people skills with an ability to work well with others.
* This role may occasionally require participation in meetings in
the evenings and at weekends ? you must be willing and able to work
outside normal office hours as required
* Full drivers licence with access to own car.?

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Specified purpose contract - full time role

The successful candidate will be based at Family Carers Ireland,
Market Square, Tullamore Co Offaly. The remuneration for this role
